Hi Experts,

Good day. Allow me to post here on behalf of my client's case as he is having a hard time detecting CC2650 with XDS110 Debug Probe.

When connecting his custom PCB with CC2650 with the DevPack debugger, everything is fine; but unable to recognize both the debugger and the CC2650 chip in all TI platforms (Flash Programmer, SmartRF studio, and CCS).

When switching from the DevPack debugger to the Debug Probe, the software is able to find the debugger, but not able to find the chip CC2650, it remains unknown.

He already went through the Debug Probe troubleshooting guide and again could not solve the issue.

Any further assistance on this would highly appreciated.

Hi Archie,

Is the DevPack debugger they are using known to work before trying with the custom board?
