AM2432: SBL File System

Hello--Can the Secondary bootloader on the AM243x use only the file system in the SDK, or can it support a raw algorithm for "OSPI Flash Boot" mode? (finding and loading images from flash)

I see the SBL uses the file system in the SD boot example in the SDK, but not in the OSPI Boot example.

Hi Ryan,

Right now the file system is only supported for SBL SD. There is no file system on OSPI flash, so the SBL has to work with the absolute addresses in OSPI flash.

Hi Ryan,

It is not on the release schedule for next release of MCU+ SDK 8.2.0 (1Q22). I see a JIRA request for it.
