Yes, each SPI has it's own set of pins (CS, data pins etc.) so each of them can be used independently.

The AM243x device supports CAN-FD which can be used in legacy CAN mode. In CAN mode, you can get upto 1Mbps of speed.

On AM24x device, there are 2 Ethernet ports available via CPSW IP. The industrial communications accelerator can also be used for Ethernet functionality. So total of 6 ports.

Both the R5F cores can run fully independently (so effectively giving you 800 x 2 mega hertz). Each core has it's own TCM memories, cache, interrupt controllers etc. and also can be enabled/disabled independently. 

Yes, SOC architecturally, it's possible to share SPI controllers among the core.

Current SW driver doesn't support the multicore usage but we will take this as new requirement and ask SW team to support it.
