Trying to figure out what this error could mean and how to resolve.

    Hi Jeramie,

    There is a known bug on the on-board JTAG XDS110. it sometimes fails to connect. The workaround is to unplug then plug back the USB cable for the JTAG (J20) with the power connected (J10).
