There are many ways to inject error, for example CPU CCM fault injection, or read the deliberate ECC error at 0xF00803F8 (OTP).

CCM-R4 Self-Test: the CCM-R4F checks itself for faults. Any fault detected inside the CCM-R4F will be flagged by ESM 1.31

1. CPU3 (MPU) -  What is this test? How to manage the CPU abort condition? Is any function shall be called by internal hardware during CPU Abort?

2. CPU5 - How to manage the illegal operation? Is any reference available? What will happen when an illegal operation occurs?
