Hi,

Please clarify the below doubts on the EFuse Static Configuration module.

    Yes, the ESM 3.1 will be set if Efuse Autoload Self Test fails.

    EFU2: E-Fuse ECC. The ESM 1.40 is set.

    EFU5: Autoload Self Test Auto-Coverage. No ESM flag is set.

    The eFuse controller self test performs validation of the ECC logic in the eFuse controller. I think that the  EFUSE_SELF_TEST_ECC should be selected. No ESM flag is set.
