TM4C1294NCPDT: 10pf capacitor from Ethernet line to ground?

We design Train Control Management System (TCMS).

Bacplane communication of TCMS is ethernet via TM4C1294NCPDTI3R.

When I research ethernet schematic, I find PDF of Tiva design guide* PDF. This pdf doesn't contain 10pf capacitor from ethernet line to ground.

But, I see 10pf capacitor from ethernet line to ground in stellaris LM3S9B96 develoment Kit**.

We wait your recommendation.
