MCU-PLUS-SDK-AM243X: PXIe function confirmation

Hi team,

According to AM243x roadmap before, the AM243x MCU+ SDK support for PCIe is scheduled for Feb. I want to double confirm whether this time is accurate.

Besides, a customer want to realize PXIe in AM243x. Do we have any plan on SW support?

Hi Bruce,

Yes, PCIE support would be part of SDK8.2, scheduled in Feb.

Can you please elaborate on PXIe requirement? If we understand correctly, PXIe might need support from SOC and as we don't support in AM243x, we don't have plan to support in SW.

Customer want to release a capture card, similar to that of NI. After AD sample and data processing, send the processed data to the host through PXIe.

Hi Bruce, thanks for clarification. As mentioned earlier, no plan for supporting PXIe at this point.
