What EVK and documentation do you recommend me to learn the basics about TI RTOS in an ARM-Cortex R4F?

Hi, I would like to learn the basics about TI RTOS in the  ARM-Cortex R4F, I think that a well documented EVK with examples, videos and training could be the key to achieve this goal, what are your recommendations?
