We do not have any example circuitry that we can recommend to you.
As such we do not recommend to just have some passive circuitry to loop the Error pin into reset. Instead of that the Error pin should be monitored with some "intelligence". Some of our customers have used external ASICs or 8-bit micros as monitors.
TI is currently working on a companion chip for the TMS570 which will be able to monitor the Error pin with the said "intelligence".
