Couldy you help us look for the EB_24_Installer_CommandDownload2018-03-27.7z. The customer can download the MCAL package in my secure resources, the only problem is that they didnt get the eb tresos studio installer to configurate the files.On the TI website is an example and normally the eb tresos installer is included in the mcal files, unfortunately in this case it isn`t.
As per customer:
i have already sent a request to the email and i also have an activation key. The problem is that I did not get the EB_24_Installer_CommandDownload2018-03-27.7z. This contains the installing exe.
I have also returned the Fullfilment ID to the email address.Thats the activiation key but without the installer exe.7z i cannot start the prograrm.
