hi we have purchased msp432p401r lauchpad , issue is that when board is connected pc ,its not detecting , showing error like ,xds110 not detected . what may be the issue . please let me know what could be the hardware issue .

Hi,

Could you take a screen snip of the Control Panel->Device Manager->Ports(COM & LPT) while the launchpad is plugged in?

Hi,

It seems there is a connection issue. Please try with a different USB cable and try another USB port.

Is the LED on the XDS110 turning on when you plugging the launchpad to the PC?
