Hello Kanematu-san,

It is possible to load a program to the TM4C129XNCZAD over UART. Both ROM and Flash bootloaders can support this. Other interfaces can also be used and are discussed in our Bootloader User's Guide: https://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/spmu301

Thank you for answering the question.

We currently have the'V3'and'W3' pins connected to the AWR1843's UART communication pins, but you can write programs from here without any problems, right?

Hello Kanematu-san,

Yes, those pins map to PA0 and PA1 which are used for the ROM bootloader and of course can be used for any custom flash bootloader.
