I am working on using the MSP432E401Y as a Mass storage device with SD card as the storage.

I found an example in the "USB Developer's package" in "MSP 430 WARE 3.80.14.01".

I found few entries in the forum where people are trying to do the same i.e, Mount MSP432E401Y as Mass storage device with SD as the storage.

Is there a guide to port this example to run on MSP432E401Y?

Is it possible to implement the same using in TI-RTOS?

Any suggestions will help us in evaluating the feasibility.

Hello,

The MSP430 USB Developer's Package in MSP430Ware only supports MSP430 USB Enabled devices, and does not support the MSP432E4 devices.

All MSP432E4 related USB examples can be found here: https://dev.ti.com/tirex/explore/node?node=AOSkLr82Ju7wGGEgHozZvg__J4.hfJy__LATEST

There is a mass storage device example. You can combine that with the file system/SD Card example to get what you are looking for.

Can you please share the link for the "Mass storage device" example?

The examples in the "USB library" folder of "MSP432E SDK" are only of "Mass storage Host".

You are correct. It seems we only have Host examples for MSC for MSP432E4 device. I apologize for the confusion, and that I cna't help further.
