I am trying to locate the compiler for TMS570. A search leads me to this page ARM-CGT-19_20.2.6.LTS | TI.com. However, the download link directs to ti_cgt_tms470_20.2.6.LTS_windows-x64_installer.exe. Does the 570 and 470 have the same compiler?

When compiling, select the right device part number (TMS570LC4357),
and correct silicon version:
