AM2434: GPIO startup values by SysConfig

Dear TI,

could you consider adding a new feature to SysConfig like setting the startup value for GPIO outputs?

Then the generated startup code could/should set GPIO direction and requested value somewhere before/after pinmux initialization. Up to 32 pins could be initialized by 2 instructions.

Philip asked for something else, but both ticket goes for GPIO definition/initialization. Merge them if it helps :- )

As we discussed in the meeting, here is the response from our software team:

We agree the this is a valid feature request to assign default values for GPIO output pins. We will check this further and can include in scope for further releases. I will file a ticket for this request.
