There is no update on those documentations. 

The correct literature number are :

SPNU550B   --- safety manual

SPNU530B  --- Safety Analysis Report Summary 

SPNU531B  --- Detailed Safety Analysis Report 

revised on 2015.

For TMS570LS11x/12x and RM46x, certificates have been renewed in 2021:
