Hi,
I am using UniFlash ver 7.1.0.3796 to test bootloader with MSP-EXP432E401R LaunchPad.
For the testing purpose, I accidently hit "Lock Device" button in "Settings & Utilities" pane.
After that, my LaunchPad does not work at all:
Press "Erase Entire Flash" button, I got error message saying "Flash Programmer: Mass erase failed".
Of course, when I start debugging any CCS project in CCS 10.4, I got "Memory write failed: Flash Programmer: Mass erase failed" and "Load failed" errors.
I did not get customized my LaunchPad, as it is when purchased.
Would you kindly advise me how to unlock this device or back to factory initial configuration ?
Any tips/advises are appreciated in advance.
