Hi,

Customer tried to get running the device using the GUI but encountering issue about it, please see details below.

"Follow the instructions from the Readme. The GUI Composer doesn't show the right graphics. (I think)Is your example Code capable to run under Windows 10?
With the version from the CD I didn't get any graphics. I downloaded the newest GUI Composer from your website (software-dl.ti.com/.../gc_downloads_v1runtime.html).

That resulted in the graphic below.

I tried the Democode from the CD and downloaded it from your website.
Both had the same result.

We're still looking into this with the GUI composer team. Please allow us more time this week, this is a very old GUI which rarely gets used.

Hello Maynard,

This was sent to our product group and looking at the EVM here - this has been obsoleted many, many years ago and this device is not supported at all. We don't have the expertise to answer this.

Please have the customer use newer TM4C EVMs like EK-TM4C1294XL or DK-TM4C129X.

Thanks for your patience on this matter -

As mentioned by Ralph, product is quite old so we won't be able to support the Stellaris-based solution for MCU Control card and GUI.

However, I did want to leave one last piece of info in case it helps solve the customer problem:

I recently used a C2000 Piccolo-based MCU and GUI kit, and that was functional

the overall motherboard PCB looks the same, but you might need to acquire a separate control card w/ the Piccolo MCU
For support on the C2000-based MCU, please post any related questions to the C2000 e2e forum as needed
