Hi,

I am considering TI's TM4C129DNCPDT microcontroller for my new design. I saw there was an errata file that is listed below. This has been released in Mar 2017.

Tiva C Series TM4C129x Microcontrollers Silicon Revisions 1, 2, & 3 Errata (Rev. G)

I wanted to understand if this is still applicable and need to be looked at, to do the work-arounds specified for proper functioning of the device.

Also, wanted to understand what revision of silicon is currently in production or are all there silicon revisions available for procurement?

I am trying to understand if I need to concentrate on errata affecting only silicon rev 3 or ones that affect all silicon revisions.

Any insight will be helpful.

Hi,

Yes, the errata is still applicable. Please check each erratum in the file and its associated workaround if the described feature will be used by your application that is subject to the errata.

Thanks for that confirmation.

Can you please clarify which silicon revison is currently in production and available for purchase? Since some of the errata are applicable for only one revison of silicon, I want to understand which silicon revisons are still available in the market so that corresponding errata can be taken care in my design.
