Hi Team,

My customer has a question about Table 6-77. Power Supply Signal Description in the datasheet.

What is VDDA_TEMP0 and VDDA_TEMP1? Is this connected to the internal temperature sensor?

It would be great if you could also point me to any reference material if any.

Hi,

There is internal temperature sensors in the device and the details are shared in section 5.2.2.1.4 Voltage and Thermal Manager (VTM) in the Technical Reference Manual.

Hi Anita,

I don't see any indication of TEMP0 and TEMP1 specifically. So are these the input voltage readings for the on-chip temperature sensors ITemp_Sensor_Main_0, and ITemp_Sensor_Main_1 respectively?

This is correct. There is another e2e that I am referring to show the procedure that is used for the temperature reading.
