TMS570LS1224: Unable to get Interlock High Side Signal (HS) with Part being used is TPS2H000BQPWP and the Microcontroller being TMS570LS1224.

As we are providing the square wave input of TPS2H000BQPWP which is IN1, still we are not getting any output at CS pin. Please help us to know, what could be the possible reason for not getting the output at CS pin when the 2.4K pull down resistance is connected there. Also what will be the voltage level of the waveform generated at CS pin?

TMS570LS12x pin 92 (N2HET1[26])  ---> Interlock_Input ? Does pin 92 output a PWK signal with dutycycle=50% and frequency=50Hz?

TMS570LS12x pin 83 (AD1IN[8]) <--- ADC_HS_CS ?

TMS570LS1224 is the Microcontroller we are using in our design.  The MCU Pins used for Input is fed from MCU Pin No : 92 (N2HET1[26]) & ADC_HS_CS is received at MCU Pin No : 83 (AD1IN[8]/AD2IN[8])

Yes,  Interlock_Input is provided with PWM Signal with duty cycle 50%

Yes, We are able to generate PWN Signal with 50% Duty Cycle at MCU pin 92 (N2HET1[26]).
