TMS570 Development Kit issue

1. Please make sure the board is connected to your computer.

2. Run nowflash to see what will happen.

3. Can you connect to the TMS570 via CCS4?

Dear Haixiao,

Thank you for your suggestion, here is the response from the customer as the attached, as the device manager lists - driver installation should have something wrong,

and the customer have been install it on WinXP and Win7, almost have the same problem, how about your further command? or can we ask you in private?

I am sorry that all our computer are installed with windows xp can not reproduce your error.

I may try it on my home PC which has window7.

While the driver for the XDS510 doesnt seem to be working, the TMS570 Safety Demos use the on-board XDS100v2 to run erase and program the flash. I would check to make sure those drivers were installed properly.  If not the installation for the drivers can be found in the "C:\ti\TMS570 Safety MCU Demos\ti_xds100_v2_RTM_1.0.0.7.exe"

what information else should I collect more?
