TMS570LC4357: Packet loss occurs on CAN continuous reception

Part Number: TMS570LC4357

Hi team,

Here're 2 issues from the customer may need your help:

1) Send data using board can1, 2, 3, and receive data with can2, 2, 3 of another board. The can analyzer found that data was sent for all three channels of can1. However, the 1, 2, and 3 channels of can2 occasionally experience no packet reception. For example, 1, 2 received, but 3 did not. Or 1, 3 received, but 2 not received.

2) When can is communicating normally, the communication line is disconnected and can cannot send data. When the line is connected, can cannot send data. After debug, it was found that this is related to the TXRQx register.

Can runs through the above steps and exits. The customer wants to have the can communication down and then connected, and can is able to communicate properly.

Could you help check this case? Thanks.

Best Regards,

Cherry
