AM2431: Looking for additional technical information for A/D converter and other items

The Launchpad design implements the smaller pin count ALX package, while the general purpose (GP) EVM implements the larger pin count ALV package.

Regarding AM243x ADC specifications, please see the AM243x family datasheet here: https://www.ti.com/product/AM2434. I think 7.7.6 "ADC12B Electrical Characteristics" is what you are looking for.
