TMS570LC4357: CPU13: Software Test of PBIST mentioned several time. Is one Test enough?

Hi experts,

The Safety Manual lists the "Software Test of PBIST" several times (CPU13, RAM14, ...)
The Test is currently implemented to fail by using an algorithm which is not suited to the particular ram group under test.

(Q1) Is it enough to force an error for one ramgroup or is it necesseray to test this for every available ramgroup?

RAM14: it is enough to force an error for one ram group. This is a test of the PBIST engine which will result in a failure for PBIST and testing the error reporting path.
