EK-TM4C1294XL: Communication through QSPI in TI-RTOS

Hi,

I want to read an ADC that has QSPI interface for its 4 channels. I am using CCS and TI-RTOS and have used SPI library #include <ti/drivers/SPI.h>

for another device but I cannot find a library that supports OSPI or QSPI.

Anyone have a suggestion?

Hi Mostafa,

TI-RTOS SPI drivers do not support all the features the QSSI module is capable of such as advance, Bi and Quad modes. It mainly supports the basic features that are common across all TI products. If you want to use these advance modes that is specific to Tiva QSSI module you will need to use the native TivaWare library. Sorry about it.

Is there any example for this library, I want to know how to do pin assignment and configure the SSI as QSPI.

Hi Mostafa,

Yes, there is a TivaWare QSSI example at C:\ti\TivaWare_C_Series-2.2.0.295\examples\boards\ek-tm4c1294xl\ssi_quad_mode.
