In my project, I am using TM4C129XNZAD this is the base board from that CC2564MODA Bluetooth device I need to interface or connect with multiple devices as NRF dongle (NRF52840), Remote and Tablet.

The firmware version for TM4C129XNZAD is CCS11 version, for NRF version is keil uvsion5.Please help on this.

Hi Janski,

The -4 error usually indicates that there is some sort of error in initializing hardware, which often happens with out-of-date software packages. Can you try updating all firmware to the most recent version?

Can you please provide more information regarding the issue you are facing? Do you have any debug logs or captures? If not, can you please provide them?

Have you made any recent changes to firmware or hardware with the device you are using? What were you testing when the device starting acting in a way you didn't expect?

What version of the firmware are you using currently? (not CCS version--firmware version on the device itself)

Any information about the problem itself can be helpful.

Actually what is the issues means, If I flash the code its loading successfully, there is no error and no warning. But its showing unable to open the stack error in Termite window while debugging the code. I will attach some log and capture for your reference, kindly plz help on this, how to solve this type of error. Software side its working fine i think so, but I don't know this issue why its occurring or else may be Hardware issue?

The error code -4 refers to an HCI initialization error, which may be caused by any SW bug in porting that might be preventing the HCI communication between the host and the controller. It may also be caused by any HW or SW issue that would violate the CC256x power-up sequence as described in the datasheet. 

Please refer to the device datasheet and technical reference manual to ensure that all HW connections have been made successfully and all steps of the power-up sequence have been followed. Can you please check these for me?

Additionally, please follow the user's guide for the CC2564 to learn more about the BT stack and the service pack for the CC256x.
