Thanks for your quick reply. I tried to test it to find out SBERR flag status. I was not able to re-produce the error recently. But issue still exist. Could you please explain if SBERR flag is set we can assume test is PASS/FAIL when ram1erraddr =0xFFF80014u(different address). And if SBERR flag is not set and it return different address, how can we debug further.  Appreciate your help.

I run the test couple times yesterday and this morning (50 millions time every time), and could not produce the issue. The error address in ehe error address register is always 0xFFF80010:

This ECC Single Bit Error Address Register is valid only when the SBERR flag is set. Did you read the error address register before injecting 1-bit ECC error? Reading the error address will clear the error address register.
