Hi,

We have bought TMS570LS31x HDK in which U39(LDO) should generate 3.3V, instead we are seeing 0.6-0.7V (At pin 1, U39).(PDF Schematic Aattached)

 

Please suggest how to debug this & possible reasons for this kind of behavior.
