MSP432E401Y: Standalone guicomposer app not connecting to TI Cloud on mac

I am trying to run a TI-RSLK debug guicomposer program on mac. After dealing with the permission and security issues, the application starts,
but is unable to connect to the TI Cloud Agent. This does connect when run through the webapp, but I am trying to have this as a quick program
that my students can use without having to have a login account with TI (data privacy concerns).
