I read from TI site that CSP ( Compliance Support package) are available for TMDS570LS31HDK, how do I get them? I created tickets on the support center but no response yet?

Are they free? Do I need to pay the license fee ($12000) to get one? 

There are 2 of them I am interested in: SAFETI-HALCOGEN-CSP， SAFETI-HERCULES-DIAG-LIB-CSP
