TMS570LS3137: value of "1" that is different than one previously seen ("0"); combining incompatible files

Hello, I have started a new project in code composer with halcogen files for set up of a PWM signal from the TMS570. I am just trying to build my project but I have run into many errors. I have now worked my way down to the following four errors. Any recommendations on how to get rid of these errors so I can build my project will be appreciated.
