Regarding the X5LS20216ASZWTQQ1 or P5LS20216ASZWTQQ1

We need to know if bake is required after washing pcb with this BGA on it?

If so how long?

What temp?

    As you are likely aware, this is an MSL3 device so moisture control is necessary. Per our quality expert, assuming that your wash is for flux removal, it is recommended that you check with the solder paste vendor/supplier for appropriate cleanup.  While we don't think that re-bake should be needed after washing, if you choose to do so, the recommendation is for 100c for 24 hours with a slow temperature ramp to avoid delamination.
