RM57L843: HalCoGen configuration and LwIP

Hi,

My customer is evaluating LwIP demo on RM57L.
He has a question whether below EMAC driver configuration needs to be modified based on LwIP configuration.

According to LwIP "User Guide.pdf", section 3 and 4, there is no such modification needed.
\hercules_examples-master\Application\LwIP\v00.04.00\docs\User Guide.pdf

Is there any other configuration required other than steps described in these sections?

Hi Koichiro-san,

This specifies the number of RX packet buffers. The default setting is 10, and this setting was tested. You can change this value in your application.

Hi QJ,

Do you mean using 10 is recommended, but customer can freely modify that value if they want?
In case customer change the value, do they need to change anything in their code (for example, lwipopts.h)?

Yes, customer can change the number per their application. When the buffer number is increased, the memory size in this header should be changed accordingly. Please refer to LWIP user guide.
