AM2434: GPIO pin cannot be written by Boundary Scan

I try to write GPIO1_71 by Boundary Scan but it won't work. I assume that the function of this pin after a reset is GPIO. The compliance pins are set as mentioned in the BSDL file.

    Hello Peter,

    I have a few questions before I can diagnose what might be causing this problem.

    1. Are you using the ALX or ALV package of the AM2434?
    2. Which pin are you expecting for GPIO1_71? 
    3. Are other I/O working as expected?
    4. What are steps and tools that you are using in order to write GPIO1_71 by Boundary Scan?
