The above answer was seven months ago, so please let us know if you have the latest information on RTM for each AM2431 package. We are making a prototype board using XAM2431ASFGGAALX.

Is the mass production time different for each package?

Or are you planning to release it in Q4 this year regardless of the package size?

Both two packages will come around the same time, and the 17x17mm will be slightly earlier.
