TMS570LS1114: Defective TMS5701114CPGEQQ1

Hi Katrin,

How many pieces did you buy from Avnet Sicla? and how many has the 3.3v power issue? All the electronic components are vulnerable to ESD, and those devices including the PCB must be handled in static controlled locations. 

ESD damage to unprotected sensitive devices may occur at any time. ESD events can occur far below the threshold of human sensitivity.

this batch included 5.000  pieces.

From this batch we have only found 1x NOK piece, but there is a problem that customer claimed the part to us, and we found out that problem caused TI component. Now customer wants to know some conclusion from TI side.

Anyway from other batches there are tens of 3.3V issue, but usually we caught it during our testing phase.

I will try to upload our report once again. I do not know why it is blank...

The attached file was for a problem with a UCC28631DR (High-Power Flyback Controller) rather than for the TMS5701114CPGEQQ1 Hercules MCU part number given in the first thread.

Was the correct file attached?
