I presume you mean the library code - the usblib is part of the TivaWare install and can be found at: [Install Path]\TivaWare_C_Series-2.2.0.295\usblib

If you are wanting to peek into individual files / functions, you can add files to your project from the library which will let you peer into them then. You can read how to do this in Section 4.1 of our TivaWare Getting Started guide: https://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/spmu373
