Two KNOB encoders are connected, encoder 1 is connected to D4, D5(port initializes as input double edge trigger) , and using normal, encoder 2 is connected to E4, E5(port initializes as input double edge trigger) , when rotating encoder 2, the microcontroller will reset. Thought is the port initialization question, after does not initialize the entire port, generally turns the Encoder 2 to appear the Monolithic Integrated Circuit Reset, after the e 4 Pin disconnects does not have the monolithic integrated circuit reset question, after I change the encoder pin to d 0, D 7, initialization for the input double edge trigger, so that the rotary encoder will not make the mcu reset, but found that the two feet have been low level, to 3.3 v can not pull up, so can not read the encoder level. Then change the encoder pin to D1, D2, the same initialization as above, can read
