When using the CTI-20 connector, can the connection between the CTI20 and TM4C1294NCPT be debugged below?

・pin2 (TRSTn) - pin70 (RST)
・pin7 (TDO / SWO) - pin97 (TDO)
・pin3 (TDI) - pin98 (TDI)
・pin1 (SWDIO / TMS) - pin99 (TMS)
・pin11 (SWCLK / TCK) - pin100 (TCK)
・pin5 (VTREF) - pin39 (VDD)
・pin8,12,16 - TM4C1294NCPT GND
※Pins other than the above on CTI20 are not connected
