TMDSEMU110-U: Device not responding

Hi,

I received a brand new XDS110 debug probe few days ago.

However, it's not responding when connected to the PC.

The PC does not recognize any new device, and the indicator D1 on XDS110 does not turn on.

I have another working XDS110 in hand to be compared with, and have already cross examine the connection cable between XDS and the PC.

Please help.
