AM2634-Q1: ADC single-ended channel 0/2/4 and will interfere with channel 1/3/5?

Part Number: AM2634-Q1

Hi team,

I and my customer both found that when setting SOCs to sample channel 0/2/4 and channel 1/3/5 simultaneously (single-ended mode), the ADC codes will not right. If the SOCs sample only channel 0 or 2 or 4 but not 1 or 3 or 5, the ADC codes are all right; if only sampling channel 1 or 3 or 5 the results are also correct. You can try in your side.

Maybe this phenomenon caused by differential-mode supporting circuits? Please give some comments.

One workaround I proposed to customer is sampling channel 0/2/4 first and then sampling channel 1/3/5, between these two parts dummy SOCs sampling channel 1 or 3 or 5 should be added. This method will waste some SOCs.

Best Regards,

Will
