Philip,

XDS200 is mid-range performance which supports JTAG, cJTAG, SWD while XDS560v2 is for high-range performance which support JTAG, cJTAG but doesnt support SWD.

We don't have any table summarizing the differences between emulator? What specific question do you have in mind?
