TMS570LC4357: Does the Self Test PMM include the Self Test of Power Domain Inactivity Monitor?

Hi experts,

the diagnostic PMM5 suggest testing the PMM with its 3 Testmodes and PMM6 suggests testing the Power Domain Inactivity Monitor with its 3 Testmodes.

(Q1) Since both PMM5 and PMM6 signal the same Errors (in Error Forcing Mode and Self Test Error Forcing mode) I was wondering if PMM5 Self-Test already includes the Power Domain Inactivity Monitor?
