Hi experts,
We get a ESM 1.92 "CCM-R5F - Operating status" during CPU8 Lockstep Comparator (CCM) Self Test.
(Q1) Is the signalling of this error normal and can we simply ignore it during the self test and where in the documentation is the behaviour described?
(Q2) Can this Error occur during other self Test of the CCM-R5F and during Error Forcing and Self-Test Error Forcing?
Thank you and best regards,
Max
Hi Max,
(Q1) Is the signalling of this error normal and can we simply ignore it during the self test and where in the documentation is the behaviour described?
The device datasheet says that ESM 1.92 is asserted when not in lockstep or CCM is in self-test mode. It is normal to have this flag set during CCM selftest.
(Q2) Can this Error occur during other self Test of the CCM-R5F and during Error Forcing and Self-Test Error Forcing?
I did not think so.
