Is it okay to connect pins 33 and 34 to AWR1843 when writing a program to TM4C1294NCPDTT3 with JTAG?

Also, are there any pins that are inconvenient if pins other than the JTAG pin are connected to the difference in writing?

TM4C1294NCZAD does not have pin numbers 33 or 34. Can you clarify what you mean with these pins?
