Dear Ti,

In one of the application we require 16Bit ADC which have atleast 100KSPS sampling rate per channel and Minimum channel required is 6. Also we need to transfer this adc result over ethernet in real time

So requesting you to suggest any MCU which have such support. If MCU needs external Ethernet PHY then please provide reference for the ethernet communication example.

This forum is for the Arm-based microcontrollers but we currently do not have a device that meets your requirements (highest ADC resolution is 12-bit). The TI.com product page allows you to toggle features to narrow down your search for specific MCU attributes. It does appear that there are many C2000 microcontrollers that meet your requirements. The following link shows all C2000 MCU's with 16 bit ADC resolution, at least 6 ADC channels, and Ethernet communication.

I would suggest asking in the C2000 E2E forum for additional information on each MCU and the accompanying Ethernet PHY requirements. The following link is for the C2000 E2E forum.
