    1. You can 100nF, 10nF, or even bigger capacitor on the power pins. The basic function of the decoupling or bypass capacitor is to reduce voltage spikes on the power pin.

    2. No. The device has a built-in VMON module. The VMON will handle the power sequence of the 1.2V and 3.3V
