You can find the COM port in the device manager as below when you plug in the XDS110 to PC

The firmware updated by XDS or USB OTG port?

Both should works. You can use Uniflash with XDS110 to download the image. Or you can use a USB cable and do the update by USB as mentioned in manual update section below

I have already update the image successfully, And i can see the COM port on device manager as you shared , But it is strange that i still can not find the COM ports on PMIC GUI when i plug in the XDS-100 connector, Is there any action need to be taken (eg,Set the XDS-110 USB port to DFN mode) so that the scaleable PMIC can recognized the ports  ..?

The image you have indicated is ok.  The GUI includes the associated driver.  

(1) Can you use the uniflash tool to confirm that you have updated the firmware?

(2) Can you uninstall and reinstall the GUI tools?

Yes.  That is correct.

    There is no .bin file.  The aevm_1_0_3_5.txt file is the binary image which resides on the MSP432E401Y.

The driver is installed with the GC Runtime.  

Would you be able to check whether the issue persists if you re-run this batch file? Are there any errors in output?

"C:\Users\UserID\guicomposer\runtime\gcruntime.v11\runtime\TICloudAgentHostApp\drivers\run_pnputil.bat"

This batch file is executed during installation of GC Runtime and it is supposed to install a few different drivers, including the ACCtrl driver.

You would need to open Command Windows as Administrator and then execute the .bat file.
