MSP-EXP432E401Y: How to start to debug I2C communitcation with TPS6594 PMIC GUI by MSP-EXP432E401Y development kit?

Part Number: MSP-EXP432E401Y
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: MSP432E401Y, UNIFLASH, TPS6594-Q1

Dear Teams,

Right now i am going to configurate TPS6594 PMIC NVM from Scaleble PMICs GUI by MSP-EXP432E401Y development kits through I2C communication, But i am very confused how to start my job:

Question 1: In order to change the TPS6594 nvm configuration, We have bought one set of  MSP-EXP432E401Y development kit, I check the user guide of MSP-EXP432E401Y development kit which says "The MSP432E401Y microcontroller is factory-programmed with a quick start demo program" Is it means we can use the MSP-EXP432E401Y LaunchPad board to establish I2C with directly? or it is need to download the MSP432 SDK and reprogrammed our customer code to config the I2C driver?

Question2: Why i can't find the CDC/ DFU type COM port when i plug in XDS-110 USB or USB OTG to my PC?  So that i can not find any port from Scaleble PMICs GUI...

Thanks!
